The course is well tailored to explain AI without making my brain melt. And all the compulsory graded projects comes with good support to minimise hair loss and sleepless nights. Best part? I'm now generating contents faster than my coffee gets cold, and my social media interactions has gone up more than my caffeine addiction.

What started as a 3-month commitment turned into one of the most rewarding learning journeys... Thank you for putting together such a well-structured, hands-on learning experience from start to finish. Today, I walked away feeling like I’ve finally conquered AI, not just skimmed the surface.

Good course and the knowledge shared was great for the development of our Agentic AI Skillset for Business Development.

Honestly, I came in not knowing what I didn't know, now I'm excited to keep trying things out rather than being intimidated by it all.

It was a lot, but it was also the best decision I could have made. What started as a steep learning curve turned into something I didn’t expect. I may not have applied everything I learned, but what I could and did apply, has already made a real difference. From AI-assisted marketing strategy to deploying agents for finance and business operations, I went from knowing AI as “basically machine learning” in 2019, to genuinely integrating it into how I run my business today

Grateful for our amazing trainer Ivan Wong, the wonderful Felicia Tan and her Tribe Academy team — and most of all, the wonderful classmates from all walks of life! Every session was filled with learning, laughter, and genuine connection. Let’s keep the friendships and collaborations going beyond the classroom!

An intense course, my classmates and I gained practical skills in integrating generative AI tools into digital marketing workflows, enhancing content creation, campaign efficiency, and data-driven strategy. Incredibly excited (and a little relieved!) to share that I’ve just wrapped up my Advanced Certificate in Generative AI for Digital Marketing Specialists with Singapore Management University —months of experimenting, testing, and learning how AI can actually help in social, content, and customer journey work. The course was delivered more than adequately and exceeded my expectations. It was well organised throughout, with a knowledgeable trainer and super responsive supporting staff. I am not a technically savvy person with zero knowledge about AI, but 3/4th into completing the course, I now comfortably know how to build workflows.

Big shoutout to the amazing lecturer and our ever-helpful course assistants who made even the tough parts engaging. And of course, my fellow classmates — thank you for the rich discussions, shared ideas, and good laughs along the way. You all made the experience so much more valuable. This course both online and in-person sessions and weekly classes, helped me to be more focused with my learning. It also helped that there were interactions both online and F2F which made it easier to have discussion to better understand concepts and how each person had their own POV

It is fun and interactive. I really learned a lot from the course. It is meaningful as it helps me in my daily work.

The capstone project allowed me to synthesize everything I learned, demonstrating my ability to develop and implement a complete AI-driven digital marketing strategy. I’m excited to apply these skills to real-world challenges.
